My step father worked at Home Depot in Wa for 10+ years & started when he was 72. When he wasn’t able to stand or walk much bc of his vertigo, they got him a chair & put him at the door as a greeter. He got weaker & he cut his own hours & started working less & less. They never fired him & he’s still on the payroll. He can still go clock in whenever he wants & they’re basically paying him to just visit with the long time regular customers. 🤷♀️

Can we talk about how Home Depot hired him based on his worth, not caring about his age! ❤️❤️❤️
