I thought this movie was amazing. No need for the vampire stuff they should have made the movie about the kid becoming a blues musician

It’s insane how much Wunmi is overlooked in every single TikTok review bruh she was the female lead but because she was black and plus sized her performance and character is so neglected but not many people are ready for that conversation

Movie was good, not great. I get the meaning around it before anyone asks. Music, acting etc all great. The vampire nonsense was just clichéd stuff we had seen before 🤷🏻

The metaphors he used was amazing he really caught the true identity of each character and why they were at that juke joint they all had a goal a life change they were trying to make for the better.
