No I used to do this all the time as a kid, it truly hurts to the point your vision gets blurry BUT they were gone within a day and after a while I never got them again!

Omg. Salt makes mine worse. I crush a lysine pill and put it on the sore. Also they make medicated patches. I use them overnight. And remove SLS from your toothpaste ASAP!!!!!

I used to get massive canker sores.. like dime sized💀. I had a vitamin B12 deficiency. Haven’t had one in like 4 years once I started supplementing🙏
