There’s nice places to chill by the art museum and schuykill river trail. Im thinking about a few benches by the waterworks or in azalea park. No AC though.

behind you!!! there were a ton of empty Adirondack chairs to read quietly lol Well... until the riff raff around city hall starts anyhow. 😂 Love park!! Rittenhouse!!! Benches around the art museum and Fairmont park - some other good options.
