If she really moved on, guys, you have zero chances. Women usually give thousands of chances until we can’t anymore but once we’re done, you become nothing to us, almost disgusting. At that point, we’re truly gone. What you can do is do better with the next one. If your partner ever tells you that something is wrong or that you hurt her, take action immediately to fix it. Communicate. Don’t run away. She might forgive you once, five times, even ten times but the eleventh time will be the very last one, and you won’t even see it coming.

I’ve been struggling mentally because of my relationship, and I really need some honest advice. I deeply love my girlfriend. I made a serious mistake in the past that broke her trust, and I’ve taken responsibility for it. Since then, we’ve been trying to rebuild things, but some days she’s warm and loving, and other days she becomes distant or doesn’t reply for hours. Every time that happens, my mind goes to the worst places. I know some of my anxiety comes from my own fear of losing her, and I’m working on it. I’m trying to give her space and become a better man, but it’s really hard. I don’t want to control her—I just want to learn how to love her in a healthy way without constantly feeling scared. Has anyone been through something like this? How did you stop overthinking while still fighting for the relationship? I’d really appreciate respectful advice because I’m honestly feeling lost right now.
