Flat rate was systematically implemented by the big three American companies. To lower warranty pay for their mistakes. Very few techs get benefited from Flat rate others don't make it. They should do a deep federal investigation on that system that has cheated millions of hrs from techs.

iI don't care what anyone's opinion is, but Good techs are as important as good customers. You're out of business without either. A shop needs to realize that the sea of techs are diminishing at a fast rate. Better INVEST in the good ones now.
