As a former Social Worker it’s true you should never leave a child in the car alone. However that tow truck driver should have checked that the car was empty.

Picking up food ! the moment he seen the food was ready to grab he got out the car to go grab it and the tow truck took his opportunity to take the car , simple and he was such in a rush to hook that car off and drive he didn’t even check the car

the tow truck driver said he looked in the car 3 times and didn’t see anything in the true statement and the car looks pretty tinted. It is hard to look inside the vehicle with 5% tint. Probably another reason why he went in to get his food cause nobody can’t see inside his vehicle. And the tow truck driver probably was scared of conflict so he left I used to work for a tow company and I have heard a lot of crazy stories and seen it at firsthand it gets crazy out there for tow truck drivers.
