Samsung appliances all sux. They fall and when u call and don’t have the receipt and/or the model # wipes off they refuse to help. My wine drawer stopped functioning properly and they refuse to fix it.

My mother had that refrigerator. When it came time to change the water filter, the filter Samsung sold as the replacement didn't fit. When we complained, they kept sending the same non-fitting filter over and over again. In reality, there was no replacement filter for that fridge made anywhere by anybody. And no, the ice maker didn't work.
