Workload issues I see in dealerships are warranty time chasing(some shops have you flag your own stuff, crazy). Pulling cars in/out, cleaning bays, pulling parts, and clarifying poorly written ROs. A single porter can solve many of those. I'll never understand why managers was to save $15-20 an hour on a porter by having the tech who essentially generates the majority of the revenue via labor hours doing things that dont earn and labor hours...
