First time I’ve seen someone mention red light therapy! I’ve been using it for years. Helps when I get it on right away. I had one pop up when I was on the road and couldn’t treat it and someone said to use zinc. My lip was so swollen the next day and I had bacitracin so I put it on and the feeling went down within an hour! It looks and feels so much better since using it. I will forever use zinc now!
