Those sauces aren’t very healthy, so I can’t really use them. They do look great when you add them, but from a health perspective… not worth it. Biggest issue is very high sodium. Even a small splash can be a big chunk of your daily salt limit. Using it just small amounts occasionally can be fine but Pouring a lot on food like this is not great for blood pressure or overall health. Not everything that looks good is actually good for your health
