Little tip from a actual landscaper when doing Venetian fencing stale black weed membrane from post to post all the way up then put your slats over that will give you a better finish and even more privacy

I think what you’ve done looks really good. I wouldn’t do all the fence as what you’ve done works well and looks good, save the extra money to buy some lights to pop along the fence.

Single mum stress....but we learn....singlehanded baron attaching...I used to drill a screw each side and balance the baton on them until I'd screwed it in. Then remove balancing screws. x
