Gen 1 was an all-in-one unit, and the biggest issue was simple - if the outlet sits low (near a table/surface), you often can’t physically fit the charger in, which means you can’t recharge your power bank. So with PowerPack Universal 2 we split the AC adaptor from the power bank and made the AC piece super slim so it clears tight outlets easily. Then, you can plug the retractable cable into the AC port and recharge the power bank without the headache.
