@mamaaa9204: A woman was found hiding inside a garage after days of abuse. And police say the man holding her had already been to prison multiple times for kidnapping. 23 year old Chloe Jones had been missing for four days when authorities finally found her in Ohio. According to her family she later called from the hospital saying she had been abducted and badly injured. Investigators say William Mozingo Jr. beat Chloe repeatedly with his fists and a baseball bat while threatening her life. Her mother later said he even poured gasoline on Chloe and threatened to set her on fire. When police arrived Chloe was discovered hiding on a plywood platform inside a garage. Video from the arrest reportedly captured Mozingo continuing to tell Chloe he loved her while officers took him into custody. Her mother later revealed Chloe suffered severe injuries including a broken arm and facial fractures. What shocked many people most was learning that Mozingo had previously been imprisoned multiple times including prior kidnapping convictions in Ohio. Now people online are asking the same question. Why was a repeat violent offender allowed back on the streets before another woman was allegedly harmed?
