I’ve been on Xanax for severe panic disorder for almost 20 years. I have been on the same dose since I started which is .25. It has never made me tired. It makes me feel normal.

btw. benzos are not supposed to be a daily thing, suppose to be for emergencies only, like anxiety/panic attacks. doctors are over prescribing and people get highly addicted and can't get off. and withdrawal from them is like death. doctors shouldn't be prescribing daily, or 3X daily sh like that. 🙄

I remember counting my Xanax when I picked up at pharmacy cuz it seamed like I was out before I needed refill. Once o started counting, I was always short about 5 pills. I then started counting in front of pharmacist cuz they didn’t believe me and yep! They had some stupid excuse like, we mis counted. Like really, every time u miscounted???
