Universal healthcare in this country would be easy if you just do it this way. Open up Medicare for all for literally everyone. Nothing else, that’s it. Don’t close any companies, don’t force people into it, don’t do anything else other than open up Medicare for all. Once people start moving over and realize how much better it is and how much cheaper it is they will all move in droves.

You’re telling me that you’d rather spend hundreds of dollars a month and insurance premiums instead of 100? This is why our country is screwed. People cannot think critically whatsoever. UK here. I’m 67 and had to take redundancy due to company cut backs. I’ve just had cataract surgery on one eye, next one next month. I’m having a knee replacement in September. As far as the cost is concerned, I don’t have to worry about a damn thing. Oh, and all and any medication if free.
