He had no reason actually. He just wanted to gauge his political influence which he did. He managed to lead almost 40% of the NO brigade and that gave him the confidence he needed to proceed with his political ambitions.

kenya wasn't and isn't ready for devolved system of governance. 1). we're using United States form(Sanate). 2). UK Parliament form of legislation. why two systems tho? we should only have Senate or National assembly. 3). what's the use of women reps? 4). why all these nominees and on salary?
