Ok I found out the guy went to court the case is still ongoing and all the officers and the Chiefs name, including the cop that hit him were in the civil lawsuit and the chief resigned that day he saw his name on the lawsuit, and the other officers faced internal disciplinary action meaning they just let them keep there job
