As a dentist student yes hydrogen peroxide every now and then is good! Yes baking soda works on making your teeth whiter but it also wears down your enamel making them more thin and sensitive for hot and cold. It appears whiter bc you mechanically remove some of the tooth. Do with that info as you will, but I don’t recommend baking soda😅

My mom did this and the 50s all the way up to the 2000s before she passed. She had beautiful teeth and she was a heavy heavy smoke smoker.

Hydrogen peroxide is great at reducing surface stains! The only downside to using it too often is it can cause black hairy tongue.
