@lifewlolo_: Real life with blepharitis 🗣️🗣️ ya girl is trying to find a new blepharitis maintenance routine since some of the medication and products I was using are not considered pregnancy safe ): Thankfully, my eyes are better today. This was 2 days ago. I am using the heated eye mask, red light therapy mask & panel, plus the Blink Better Eye Care line!!! I’m seeing a small improvement. We all start somewhere. #blepharitis #firsttimemom #firstrimester #chronicillness
As someone who got blepharitis last year, I know how what you’re going through. My eye doctor told me to use vanicream face wash and moisturizer. She recommended pure coconut oil 2x around my eyes and it SAVED ME!

Try optase manuka gel cleanser, the wipes work well too. Hypochlorous acid spray. Have you tried Xdemvy already?

You need some eye stones to heat up to put on your eyes every morning. They really help me. I use the ones from nighthawk minerals

I had this last summer. My city was filled with smoke from wildfires all summer long which also made it 10x worse… it was so awful.

What were you using pre-pregnancy to keep this at bay? Currently struggling and could use some reccos, since I’m not pregnant!

hi queen, I hope it's feeling better. have you heard of the brand "we love eyes". they have great products for blepharitis, oils, cleansers, eyelid brushes, and more. they offer products with tea tree oil and without for sensitive eyes. also, if you can share your red light therapy mask, I'd love to know which one you have! I'm trying to get one but having a hard time finding one that has good reviews from trusted sources

Also make sure you are not using dip or gel nails, those are well known for causing this
