I'm not even going to watch the video. TLDR accumulating whip is OP and you don't need any strength of her. That being said, there is merit to modding her for strength. You can put the Nourish on 2 or 4 and now str gives you dmg on the 1, dmg and energy on nourish and movement speed from your 3. It's a better build for running around whipping stuff on base steel path, it's worse for level cap.

never would have guessed accumulating whipclaw was additive with strength and not melee dmg, were pseudo exalteds additive strength and dmg% before the rework and this was leftover spaghetti? or am I getting it mixed up and all original full exalted frames are additive dmg and strength and they just kept it multiplicative for all the pseudos post rework and whipclaw just always been like this?
