my mom doesn't believe it even though I always brush my teeth I still get cavities because I'm mouth breathing while I'm sleeping but she doesn't believe that my cavities comes from mouth breathing while sleeping 😭

You know today I had a dentist appointment near end of my braces and basically ages ages ago I they took out 4 teeths 2 from top and bottom. My jaw and palate went smaller and I always have a blocked nose especially when sleeping. I told the dentist if they can widen my palate and they told me to talk to the GP 😭. I am 19 btw
