I really want Chiori and can get her c1 from the selector but I have Nilou C1 at the moment and know her c2 is good and I have Lauma and Nahida. The only thing holding me back getting C2 Nilou is the fact Chiori will probably not be available for years after this, I need advice pls

Why are bloom characters full kit locked in their c1 cuz wdym nilou will get 100% uptime skill in her c1 and lauma c1 heals which is an important core for bloom characters bc they also take dmg from those seeds 😭😭😭
