Not to defend these ppl bc cosplaying disabilities is absolutely wrong but while yes, there’s a pattern, what is the cause and effect chain here? Is it that ppl who are alt start to act like they’re struggling mentally/physically or are people who are struggling mentally/physically just more likely to dress alt for different reasons? bc that makes a huge difference
