I got those atlas a kid. It was so bad it was all over my hands every few months. Then the little fucks would finally pop and crust over and it would start again. YEARS. I used Betamethasone one summer and they went away in 2 days and never came back again

That also looks like dermatitis herpetiformis. That's what my ex-husband had and he got misdiagnosed multiple times before going to U Penn in Philadelphia. his family had a firestorm of autoimmune diseases.

I developed this on my hands and feet when I was pregnant with my oldest. and when I got pregnant with my middle it disappeared off my feet. I still get it on my hands though
