Grow SLOW vs fast. That way you can navigate it all with your founding members. Balance the community- leadership in mass in any single direction has no balance. That's where it all hits the fan and feels like a cult if everyone is just falling in line. BUT, the basic principles become your law. Kindness, acceptance, what ever else... breaking the rules gets you x amount of warnings and then an exit if you do xxxxx. Think of worst case and work backwards to avoid as many issues as you can.

you wouldn't be able to safely do this over the internet. ideally you would start small with a small group of friends. hammer out basics at this stage, set up legal frameworks and co-op strategy. what does your co-op provide the community to have cash flow? what's they buy in? building restrictions? Can you work off your share if you can't meet the buy in fee. I would so love to do this. Just need to find my people.
