Wanderer and Raiden and Lyney and Lynette. Flins and Vesna whilst both being Fae are different species of Fae. Klee is human and Nahida is a branch of Irminsul, Vodyanitsa is a fae and Kokomi is human, Nicole is an Angel and Zibai is an Adepti, Kirara and Yae are different types of Yokai, Wanderer and Shogun are both Irminsul Puppets, Furina is human and Venti is a wind sprite turned god, Lyney and Lynette are twin siblings, so even though Lyney does not share his sister’s feline features, they’re still the same, Ganyu and Yanfei whilst both half-adepti are different types of Adepti.
