When I got pregnant I was like I would love the water birth the calmness, no drugs. then I went over 41+2, at that point just get the damn baby outta me 😅 ended in emergency section, as long as baby is healthy all births are births 😂😂

With my first I had mastitis every 3 weeks and was constantly on antibiotics. Then my second came along and started happening again. Someone mentioned lip tie and sure enough they were the most severe. Got my daughter done since she was breastfeeding and oh my freaking goodness it was the biggest game changer. I don’t know how I did my son for 10 months struggling!! So I totally get it’s not always to stress about but it could be worth looking into. I had no idea what lip tie was with my first though

I respect wanting to take pressure off moms, but 'if it doesn't work, just give formula' overlooks something important: breast milk is the best option for babies by faaaaar and most breastfeeding problems are solvable with good technique and timely support. Just because something is hard doesn't mean you shouldn't do it, or that it isn't worth it. Many families give up not because they can't, but because no one showed them how. They deserve to know it's possible before they decide.
