I had a call pulled because QA said it sounded like the customer annoyed me and my TL played it back during coaching. I was because i kept saying and reiterating that we’re gonna get a replacement sent to you as soon as possible, and he kept asking if it was going to be expedited shipping, i finally snapped and said like somone talking to a CHILD “Yes sir, thats why i keep saying we’ll get you a replacement as soon as possible! 🙃”
