As a disabled person who's paralysed from a 40ft fall I can tell all of their mobility aids (specifically wheelchairs) aren't customised for them because they never got any diagnosis or measured for a wheelchair. It's always a clunky hospital wheelchair they find at a landfill or charity shop because they truly don't need it.
