Is the liquid iron more effective than the pill version? Because I’m having a hard time with length retention. I take an iron pill for anemia, but not seeing a difference in my hair length.

I got my labs done and my iron and vitamin D was low. I started eating more iron rich foods and my hair started flourishing. I had a short bob 2024 here it is now 2026. Being consistent with your vitamins and drinking lots of water is key!
