and you don't get a service yard so you're hanging your clothes in a wet kitchen that's meant for heavy duty cooking which is typical for Asian households. They give an illusion of flexibility but placed a lot of restrictions. which at this point should be their motto

someone need to voice out before future 4rm Bto kitchen becomes a toilet size. 😳And not all owner wants to put the fridge in the so call dry kitchen area cause it generates heat and condensation, leaking too problem....

Totally agree with him. Older hdb flat are way way better. Now the unit are copy and paste with minor adjustment but overall its the same nothing unique.
