it's actually funny to me when people hate on yumeshipping considering the fact it's been a thing in fandoms for years, and yes yumeshipping not just self shipping which as also been in the fandom for years, we have actual people marrying anime characters in Japan thats been a thing for years but you never see people hate on thoses people, plus saying "[characters] wife/husband" is basically the stepping stone of self shipping 😭
