She found that the only way she had any power in her life was to be mean. She’s just as hurt as anyone else, and while it doesn’t excuse the verbal, mental, and emotional abuse, nor the assassination attempt, it explains a lot. Had the situation been different, had Stolas had her back even just a little bit, I feel like they could have had a really positive and supportive lavender marriage, and she would have escaped her brothers influence.

I've always kind of liked Stella, I hated how she was portrayed as just this comically evil villain. I hope we can see her not through the biased lense of Stolas. They are both victims of their birth, but Stella clearly got the worst part of it
