@archsolo: ...Why your ankles roll inward (and a quick reset). Notice your ankles rolling inward and landing inside-first when you walk? That is a collapsed arch dumping all your body weight directly onto your inner foot, which stresses your joints. Try this quick fix at home: elevate your big toes, loop a resistance band around your knees, and press your knees outward to snap your alignment back into place. From here, do a shallow 60-degree squat. Rebuilding your alignment takes practice, but wearing supportive, custom-fit sandals ensures your ankles stay protected with every step. . . . #Overpronation #AnkleSupport #FlatFeetFix #Biomechanics #ArchSolo
I wish my parents could've fixed this when I was little. I also didn't know surgery was an option

Thank you for this I had been doing this to relieve my pain in my feet, legs, and back. It’s been helping me to manage it and the pain is slowly going away. My feet feel stronger and I feel like I have more control when I walk now. For some reason it helps me when I also follow up with big toe dorsiflexion. Thanks again 🙏
