Lmaooo, last month I landed three interviews for an international company. The first was an AI interview which I passed. The second was an interview with a few international company employees and I passed. Tell me why when it got to the last interview which my fellow Nigerian interviewed me, this person was making things harddddddd!!! He asked me unreasonable and unrelated questions…. He kept using his authority to bully me… in fact, he called me a thief for better use of words. He said we Nigerians like to over shoot and act greedy. He said I was only applying for the dollars and that we both know they won’t pay me that sum of money here in Nigeria. He questioned my experience ehn!!! Said we just want to earn in dollars and move abroad without putting in the work. I was miserable during the interview. He said I was too young and had my life ahead of me, and I had no children or family to cater for so I didn’t need that much money. Just talking anyhow and bad mouthing Nigerians!!! Finally said it wasn’t as easy as I thought to work for international clients and I should be humble and start small. I crieddddd!!! Do you know what it means to pass ats screening, pass AI assessment/interview, and land a second interview with international people??? This was my final stage!! We already even talked about salary and working hours in the previous interview and they were okay with it. It will always be your own people that do you bad in this country!!!! Same thing with Handshake ai and Outlier…. excuses everywhere from relatives. They can never help you.
