I always think the exact opposite of this guy. sometimes people talk bc they have v high emotional intelligence and enjoy conversation to bring people together in social settings..make others feel comfortable...who cares if people judge you. be your authentic self!

Immsorry . It is not true always. I was quite and living my life, more quoted I get more people start to throw stones at me, more they thought I was gullible… I know people see you but not everyone sees real you. So if you don’t talk back and let them shut their mouth, if you don’t bite back and show them you are capable your life become miserable.. who advises be silent are the one who build their life on others!! That is the truth. Never be scared to speak your truth and slap them in their face
