The part that makes me even more sad about this is that this went on to be the blueprint and inspiration for what European colonial powers would do to other cultures overseas. Like, the walking corpses of all these different native European cultures that were destroyed by the Christians went on to be puppeteered by their own destroyer to go do and repeat what happened to themselves to totally innocent people who never even bothered them or did anything to them at all. 🥺 its like the cycle of abuse on a massive scale.
