This is purely down to poor maintenance of drainage from the council and not having the right infrastructure in place. Not like we haven’t been dealing with this weather for decades

Privatised Water companies not dredging rivers, streams, drainage and storm drains left with no maintenance while they get billions in profit. It's been getting worse for decades. Why do they keep quiet? because they can sit back and blame "global warming" We need to start kicking up at every private water company.
