wow that aubergine baingan looks so good 😋 visually it reminds me of lao 🇱🇦 roasted eggplant dishes. i wonder if there is some historical culinary connection there, since a lot of southeast asia is influenced by india. will have to try baingan someday 🙏 beautiful cheers 💖
