Hey, Old Navy, After using my savings as a card holder, an item I purchased only cost me $2.71 out of pocket (yay!). The item was missing from my order, and I filed a claim. The claim was denied(boo!). I called to dispute the claim, and the agent at The Retail Equation refused to take the claim over the phone (even though their number is provided in the email) or transfer me to a supervisor to assist. In addition, he was flat out rude. Think you can help me? Seems ridiculous that Old Navy would put a cardholder through all of this to keep my $2.71.
