Lyan :

There was also a time when Rover was thought to be a woman or a man by NPCs in the 3.5 side quest, Disappearance Case: The Visitor from Jinzhou. And we know damn well that they made a loading screen canon, so what’s stopping them from making a lore explanation of Rover having multiple genders? What if Rover is just an entity, like a spirit, that needs a vessel, and it just happened that he was formed from that stone that has special properties? The civilization he’s from is known to create the very Sentinels we have. It’s not that weird if they made Rover and put him in a vessel to be delivered.

Isabelle :

Durng the Rinectia Arc there was a scene where Rover was actually on the rock or had a memory of it, I can't quite remember. There are SO many things Kuro has fed to us already and are bringing them up again now

𒉭 :

Not 100%. The reason that Rover is there it’s because it’s his own mind-space, like Galbrena said, every resonator has one. But it can also be because of that tbh.

Eclipse :
