I worked at an Outback as a server during my entire first pregnancy. At some point, they decided to get rid of bussers and have servers bus their own tables. Even when it was busy. And that was before tablets on tables. Once that happened, tips plummeted, understandably. Sometimes, I only made as much as the gas it cost to get there. While wondering how to pay for baby stuff and feeling like a burden to management. But I’m glad he made his 4 billion.
