I think ur speaking about MLE ? Well I know you are, i grew up in the ends, I try not to use it too much but I find it interesting that with trends they start from the top (upper class ) and trickle down, for example, drinking tea, going on holiday etc. However with language it’s the complete opposite, so working class accent and vocabulary eventually become ubiquitous, for example the pronunciation of the word bath, the long a “baath” started from cockneys, infact the accent now seen as middle class, known as Thames Estuary English was at one time seen as working class, so the same will happen with MLE, maybe this is the beginning of it ….

People saying road man is jarring to me cause no one in real life ever says roadman it’s something that these guys picked up and ran with cause if I remember correctly roadman was a old slang word when I was in school in like 2016
