Golden, crispy potato balls with a soft, fluffy centre! 🥔 All you need is potatoes, cornstarch, parsley and a few simple seasonings. I also added a little paprika for extra flavour. Ingredients: 4 medium potatoes 3 tbsp cornstarch ½ tsp salt ½ tsp black pepper Fresh parsley Paprika (optional) Oil for frying Boil the potatoes until soft, drain and mash. Mix with the cornstarch and seasonings, shape into small balls and freeze for 30–45 minutes. Fry until golden and crispy, then serve with your favourite sauce.
