@rebecca.e.ugc: I managed to soak my t-shirt whilst washing my hair so decided to blast it with the hair dryer before I started diffusing my hair. I didn't feel hot, it didn't feel like it was burning or stinging. Within a couple of minutes my skin was bright red and I realised I had essentially burnt my skin with my hairdryer! Which got me thinking, if I can do that to my skin within 2-3 minutes, imagine what I must be doing to my hair and scalp! Just because you can't feel it burning, it doesn't mean you're not damaging your hair. So here is your friendly reminder to treat your hair like you would treat your skin. Use a heat protection spray whenever you apply heat to your hair. I use the Schwarzkoph Heat Protector spray which protects my my hair up to 230°. Using a protector spray will help it stop drying out and prevents split ends and frizz in the long term. Trust me, your hair will thank you! @Schwarzkopf Professional #fyp #ugccreator #hairtips #curlygirl
