This is why you buy in a good neighborhood that is not a HOA. I know a developer wants that land. I’m sure they did a survey and found out people will not sale, so they will force the out. It is either developers or that land has oil or minerals on it

the homes for sale are 360k - the HOA fees are simply a way for the HOA to take possession of the homes so they can resale the homes at higher rates - sounds shady
