Still justified in my opinion, the body cam footage shows the car almost hitting a cop. and the cop shot, it's completely legal for a cop to use lethal Force if he or she believes that someone or something (in this case the car) could have injured or killed other people or them self. Also in the footage they say they never knew there was a baby, and that's almost certainly true because they officers got out to the parking lot whenever the lady and her baby were already in the car. I'm not saying what they did was right, But it was completely legal
