It's very expensive to buy homes in the U.S. because the down payment can be 20% up front and it has become expensive to rent too because you have to have a job and you have to pay 1st and last month rent payment plus a sum in case you move out and they need the deposit to fix the damages. That's why we have many homeless living on the streets of the U.S.
