@perfectdopegirll: One thing I’m learning from this situation is that when somebody is willing to put you and your child in a vulnerable position MULTIPLE TIMES just because they’re mad at you, they do NOT give a fuck about you. I confronted her about going through my dirty laundry & snooping through my room when I’d drop my son off at school . she automatically got defensive and said if I dont like it , I can leave . I told her I’d be moving at the beginning of November . Why would you think I’d just up & leave with no vehicle , no phone , & no stable place to go with a 1 year old who has bad asthma because your mad ?? she proceeded to call the police on me, accused me of pushing her and cussing her out, accusing me of stealing her body lotions and soaps . Now she’s threatening to press charges over something from March 2026 and countinously tried to blackmail me whenever she feels like things aren’t going her way. My car and phone are in her name because I was a minor when I got them, and she constantly uses that as leverage whenever she gets mad. I’ve discussed having her put the car in my name for the past YEAR & she claimed she didn’t know how or that it would be too expensive. Taking my car key to the point where I couldn’t even pick up my child is a different level of petty. My son should never have to be caught up in grown folks’ issues. The biggest lesson I’m learning is that just because somebody is family doesn’t mean they have your best interests at heart. this lady said that if I died , she wouldn’t even have a funeral for me , that just goes to show how deeply a mother can hate her kid .
